Good questions.
Do I pay anything for the preview?
Not a cent. Your preview is free. You only pay when you love it and you're ready to go live.
I already have a Facebook page. Do I need a website?
Facebook is great for news and photos. A website is the place you own. It shows up on Google when people nearby search for what you do, and it works for everyone, with or without a Facebook account.
We link the two together, so each one helps the other.
How long does it take?
Your free preview is usually ready within a week. Once you are happy with it, your site goes live within 7 days.
What does the €20 a month cover?
Everything that keeps your site fast and secure: fast, secure hosting, ssl security certificate, daily uptime checks, regular backups, up to 30 minutes of changes a month and a short monthly visits report.
When would I need Care Plus?
Care Plus is €45 a month and suits sites that take orders, bookings or payments. It adds 1 hour of changes a month, a monthly test order, booking and form check, spam protection and replies within one working day.
Starter and Business sites stay on Care. Visits to your site never cost extra, however busy it gets.
Can I stop the care plan?
Yes. The care plan runs for 12 months, then it goes month to month, so you can stop whenever suits you after that.
Who owns the website and the domain?
Your domain is registered in your name, so it is always yours. Your words and photos are yours too. If you ever decide to move on, we hand everything over.
Can I make changes myself?
Small changes are part of your care plan. Send us an email and we'll look after it, up to 30 minutes a month on Care or 1 hour on Care Plus. If you would like to edit pages yourself, ask about the Custom plan.
Do you work outside Clare?
Yes. We're based in Ennis and work with businesses across Clare, Limerick and Galway. Most of the work happens online, and we're happy to call in when we're nearby.
Why only a few new businesses a month?
We take on 4 new businesses a month so every site gets our full attention and launches on time.
